Our Story
About Us
Two brothers, one mission: bring honesty and cleanliness back to an industry that badly needed both.
Family First
Built by brothers, rooted in faith
Sanitation One was founded by brothers Justen and Jared Lucero, who grew up in the sanitation industry watching their grandparents build a business the right way over more than 30 years. That foundation of hard work, honesty, and taking care of people never left them.
In 2020, Justen and Jared moved from Colorado to Arizona to start something of their own. With family and faith guiding every decision, they set out to build a portable toilet rental company for the greater Phoenix area that customers could actually count on — no broken promises, no excuses, just showing up and doing the job right.
Today, Sanitation One serves construction sites, backyard parties, festivals, and special events across the Valley. Our mission is simple: change how people think about the porta potty industry, one clean unit and one on-time delivery at a time.
