Construction Porta Potty Rentals

Sanitation One provides construction porta potty rentals throughout the greater Phoenix metro area, including Phoenix, Surprise, Litchfield Park, Buckeye, Tonopah, Goodyear, Avondale, Tempe, Scottsdale, Wickenburg, Wittmann, Congress, Peoria, Glendale, Anthem, and New River. Whether you’re breaking ground on a new subdivision, managing a commercial build, or running a small remodel crew, we deliver units directly to your site and coordinate placement with your foreman or site supervisor.

Our construction service works around your project, not a rigid schedule. We offer standard units, ADA/handicap-accessible restrooms for job sites with accessibility requirements, and handwashing stations to help crews meet OSHA sanitation standards. Delivery windows, service frequency, and unit placement are all coordinated with your team before ground is ever broken, and we adjust as the job progresses, adding units as your crew grows or relocating them as work moves across the site.

Neglected job site sanitation creates real problems: crews lose time walking off-site to find a restroom, inspectors flag non-compliant sites during walkthroughs, and a dirty or overflowing unit can become a safety hazard and a morale killer fast. In an industry where a lot of companies treat porta potties as an afterthought, that neglect adds up to lost productivity and, in some cases, code violations that hold up inspections.

Sanitation One was built by brothers Justen and Jared Lucero, who grew up in a family that has worked in sanitation for over 30 years. We show up when we say we will, we fully detail and pressure-wash every unit before it goes out, and we use premium fragrances and quality toilet paper so your crew never dreads using the job site restroom. Construction companies across the Phoenix area trust us because we treat every site like it matters, not like just another stop on the route.
